Speak as much English as possible
Leave your passport with your leader or Host Family
Tell us if you have a problem with the host family
Be back at your host family before 22.30 or earlier if the family / leaders agree so. Students aged 12-15: 2100
You are staying with a family, not in a hotel or guest house, please respect the wishes and advice of the host family at all times
Call home using the international call cards. Do not use host family telephone
Tell the family what you are doing each day and each evening
Take a taxi with two or three others, if you miss the last bus
Always stay in groups together if walking home
Try not to be late for class and for tours
Be careful when out at night. Irish Drinking laws are different to your country
Always bring rain wear and warm clothes, the weather can change very quickly
If you smoke, smoke outside the school buildings and host family home
In class, try and participate as much as possible
Keep the classrooms and school clean
Do not climb on walls of roof patio
Coffee and snacks are provided in the school snack shop
21. If you are caught shoplifting, drinking alcohol, or involved in antisocial behaviour, you will be sent home to your country immediately and at your own expense.
